"Iki" is the origin of barley shochu. A full-scale shochu that is sequentially prepared with 1/3 of malted rice and 2/3 of barley. By distillation, the part with excellent flavors is taken, and is stored and aged in a tank.
It is a refreshing barley shochu with a deep richness of flavor and a slight sweetness.
