"Iki" is the origin of barley shochu. A full-scale shochu that is sequentially prepared with 1/3 of malted rice and 2/3 of barley. By distillation, the part with excellent flavors is taken, and is stored and aged in oak barrels.
Its mellow and gorgeous aroma, and amber color is due to the oak barrel storage.
