Apology for suspension of Canadian cherry orders
We have been informed that the wildfires in British Columbia, Canada, have resulted in an evacuation order in the production area, preventing workers from entering the area and making harvesting difficult.

In addition, the cherries in the area have been damaged by the heat wave, causing the fruit to soften.

We have tried to source cherries from alternative areas, but the situation has not changed, and we have decided not to import Canadian cherries for this season. We sincerely apologize to our customers who have been looking forward to this.

Delivery Information

  • When the products are delivered to JAPAN by air, we will deliver the cherries to the customers within the delivery period, by the order of application.
  • We are unable to gurantee a specific delivery date or same day delivery with other item(s).
  • Please note that delivery dates may change due to crop and harvest conditions.

Payment (We accept US dollar only.)

  • Free Shipping. However, there is an additional $7.00 per item for shipment to Okinawa Prefecture.
  • The price includes all expenses such as taxes and packing fees.

Return / Replacement

  • As a general policy, we do not accept returns.
  • If there is a defect in the product received, customer must notify Wismettac Foods Inc. within 3 business days or as soon as possible from the time product is received.
    After confirming the defective product, the replacement will be made.
    * Gee Whiz is air lifted and limited in number. Due to this, we cannot use this product as a replacement.
    * Replacements are offered only in cases where 2/3 of the product is confirmed to have defects.
    * Please note that we do not accept returns due to customer error or personal preference.
  • - Once your order is confirmed, we do not accept change of item/s or cancelation of order/s.
  • - Please note that circumstances beyond our control such as crop and harvest conditions, import custom clearance, quarantine and natural disasters may affect the quality of the products. We also reserve the right to refuse any orders customers place with us.

Do I need to register as a member?

  • - If this is your first time to use “ NISHIMOTO WORLD GIFT ” website , you can register as a new member for free. You will only need to enter the required information online.
Do you have a Noshi service?
Yes. If you wish to add Noshi, you may set it up for each item in the middle of the order flow.
Can I collect or use Mileage?
No. Since this is a joint service with Wismettac Foods Inc. it is not possible to collect or use the ANA Mileage points.
Can cherries be delivered within the United States?
We are sorry. We only deliver to Japan.
